The company’s policy is to deploy the entire operational functions of wind turbine and photovoltaic installations, we do not use sub-contractors.

In the last 5 years the company has developed skills in PV Design & installation ranging from small 1kWp domestic install to 18kWp (100 panels) in the public sector. The company has worked with principle contractors Kier Homes PLC, ISG PLC, and David Wilson Homes. A recent HA (Housing Association) new development was completed with 34 roof mounted installations.

The company is growing its activity in agriculture as it sees the farming sector as one of the really big opportunities. The Dual Axis Tracker will play a major role in this operation as there are currently no trackers in UK; and only 3 certified installers, SRE Technologies Ltd being one of them. The company is active with farmers stretching across the Midlands from Herefordshire to Norfolk. 

Wind turbines are our other specialty. SRE Technologies Ltd was the first company in Europe to install a 15kW turbine on a 25m tower in a school in Birmingham. Turbine installations range from Schools & Colleges, to Agriculture and private customers.

Marketing activity to grow the domestic market is ongoing with a range of initiatives including local radio/newsprint, journals, leaflets and shows.

SRE Technologies will continue develop its expertise and product portfolio in the renewable energy market, strengthening the SRE Brand. It has the energy, experience, and infrastructure to manage growth to £10m and beyond.
