Increase in Wind Turbine Feed In Tariff Rates

From 1st April 2011, Wind Turbine Feed-in Tariff (FiTs) for small wind turbines have increased from 26.7p per kilowatt hour to 28.0p, giving customers every reason to invest in wind energy generation.

Installing and MCS accredited wind turbine, you can not only reduce your energy bills but can receive the feed in tariff for every kW generated (if the MCS system is installed via an MCS accredited installer).

Every year the Feed-in-Tariffs rates are adjusted by the Retail Price Index over the 12 month period ending on 31 December of the previous year.
